This rental offer is made under the ordinary conditions and law in such matters of seasonal rental and to this one after that the lessee undertakes to execute, under penalty of any damages and even termination hereof if it seems to the lessor and without being able to claim the reduction of the rent.
Article 1: Reservation
Any reservation made validates the adhesion to these general conditions of sale without exception.
Article 2: Price
The prices of our rentals are indicated in Euros VAT included (rate in force in France on the day of booking). Local taxes (example tourist tax) may be payable.

We reserve the right to modify our rates at any time it being specified that the reservation will be invoiced based on the rate validated at the time of booking.
Article 3: Terms of payment
A deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount will be paid by the customer at the time of booking. The balance, i.e., 70% must be paid 1 month before the beginning of the reservation.

Arrival times are normally scheduled on Saturday afternoon between 4pm and 7pm.
Departure times are normally scheduled for Saturday morning before 10 am.
Article 6: Occupation
Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them "as a good father" and to maintain them. All the facilities are in working order and any claim concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into use of the premises, can not be admitted.
